Website purpose and project enquiries

The website is provided for general information and communication. It does not offer an online checkout or a way to order services through the website.

Browsing the website, sending an email, calling us or otherwise sharing your contact details does not create a client relationship, conclude a project agreement or require either you or 22STUDIO to proceed. Any engagement begins only when the parties enter into a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to a project, the project agreement will control.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, layout, text, graphics, motion, code and 22STUDIO branding are owned by or licensed to 22STUDIO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client names, trade marks and project materials shown in portfolio case studies remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website is for the purpose of describing 22STUDIO’s work and does not grant any licence to use them.

Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website content. You may retain temporary browser copies created in the ordinary course of viewing the website.

Information and portfolio materials

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but website content may be updated, corrected or removed without notice. Portfolio examples describe particular projects and contexts. They are not a promise or guarantee that another project will achieve the same outcome.

Nothing on the website constitutes professional legal, financial or other regulated advice, or a binding offer by 22STUDIO.

Communications and materials you send

If you contact us, you are responsible for the information and materials you choose to send. You confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not violate the law or another person’s rights.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, special-category personal data, trade secrets or other highly sensitive information in an initial unsolicited message. We may use the contact details and message content you provide to respond to you and manage our communication.

A link does not mean that 22STUDIO controls or endorses the third party, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be submitted to the competent courts in Israel.
