Information, choice and purposes

When you use the website, we may process your name, email address, optional project details and consent choices submitted through the contact form; information you choose to provide by email, telephone or WhatsApp; and technical or security data such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, request time, referring page, approximate location and diagnostic or security events.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary and you are not legally required to do so. We need your name and email address to reply; without them, we cannot respond through the contact form.

We use this information to respond to and assess enquiries, communicate with you, operate and protect the website, address privacy requests, keep necessary records and comply with law. We send studio news or marketing only if you separately opt in; this is not required to submit an enquiry, and you may withdraw at any time through an unsubscribe option or by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms to deliver, secure and protect the website and contact form. We also offer optional Google Analytics 4 to understand page use, navigation and non-personal enquiry actions, but it loads only after you choose to accept analytics.

If accepted, Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as _ga and send device, browser, approximate location and interaction information to Google for aggregated reporting. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses or project messages to Analytics, and we do not use it for personalised advertising.

Your analytics choice is stored locally. You can change or withdraw it below; rejection prevents Analytics from loading, while withdrawal disables analytics storage and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. Analytics event data is configured for 14-month retention. Necessary security mechanisms cannot be disabled through this control.

Service providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security and Turnstile abuse prevention; Resend to transmit contact-form enquiries; Zoho to receive, send and store studio email; and Google to store earlier studio correspondence and, if you accept it, provide Analytics. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp and Meta process that communication under their own privacy terms.

These providers may process information outside Israel, where privacy laws may differ. We use the relevant service arrangements and safeguards required by applicable law. We may also disclose information to advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or security, or handle a dispute.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and communication information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, consider or manage a business relationship, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw or they are no longer needed for that purpose. Technical information is retained according to operational need and provider settings.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to legal requirements and backup cycles. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures and limit access to people who need the information for the purposes described here.

Your rights and updates

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also request deletion or withdraw consent where the relevant right applies.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may verify your identity, and information may be retained or withheld where permitted by law. If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. We may update this Policy when our website, providers or practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
